1. Who’s responsible

M.MAZON LTD trading as DAPPACAT is the data controller for personal data collected through this storefront. Reach the team at the address on the Contact page for any data request.

2. What we collect

• Order data — your name, email, shipping address, phone (if given), and order contents. We need this to process and ship the order and to send the receipt.
• Payment data — handled by Stripe. We never see or store full card numbers.
• Usage measurement — only if you allow it: which posts you see, open and share, your browser details and the page that sent you here, linked to a 30-minute session identifier. This is pseudonymous, not anonymous: it does not name you, but it is linked to a session and, if you buy, can credit your order to the post that led to it.
• Marketing preferences — if you opt into drop alerts, we store your email + the drops you asked about.

3. Why we use it

We process order data to fulfil the contract you entered into when buying. Usage measurement and remembering what you view on this device happen only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time from “Privacy choices”. Marketing email is sent only after explicit opt-in.

4. Who we share it with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• The delivery carrier used for your order — to deliver it.
• Resend — to send transactional + opted-in marketing email.
• AWS — to host the storefront and store product imagery.

We do not sell personal data.

5. How long we keep it

Retention periods have not been set yet, and nothing is deleted on a schedule today. Marketing preferences last until you unsubscribe. You can ask for your data to be deleted, as described below.

6. Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (where we’re not legally required to keep it). Email the support address with the words “Data request” in the subject.

7. Cookies

Always used, because the shop needs them for what you ask it to do: a bag cookie (60 days), a feed session cookie so the feed does not repeat itself (30 minutes), your chosen region (180 days), sign-in cookies if you manage the shop, checkout attempt markers for the current tab, and your privacy choice (6 months). In this browser only, the shop also keeps items you save, feed preferences you set and your light or dark choice; you can clear them yourself. Stripe sets its own cookies at checkout to process the payment.

Only with your permission: usage measurement (above), and remembering on this device what you viewed and searched for, and the name and email you typed for a comment or a drop alert. Saying no, or withdrawing, stops that from then on and clears what this browser kept for it. Measurement records already sent stay with the shop’s records until they are deleted with them. No advertising or third-party tracking cookies are used.

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top is the date of the current version. Material changes will be flagged on the storefront before they take effect.
