Returns.
Not what you hoped for? Here’s how to send it back.
The window
You have 14 days from delivery to start a return. Refunds go back to the original payment method.
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt and report any visible damage or defects straight away, including your order number and clear photographs where possible. We may inspect returned items to assess the reported fault and distinguish it from accidental damage, misuse or normal wear after delivery. Reporting promptly helps our investigation. This reporting request does not limit your statutory rights, including rights relating to faults discovered later or your right to cancel an online purchase. For online purchases, tell us within 14 days after delivery if you wish to cancel, then return the goods within a further 14 days. You pay return postage for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return costs for goods that are faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described; contact us to arrange the return. We inspect returned items, but inspection does not remove your statutory rights or extend statutory refund deadlines. For cancellations, we refund within 14 days of receiving the goods or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Refunds use the original payment method and include any standard outward delivery charge. A deduction may apply for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the goods. Faulty goods are covered separately by your statutory rights, including the short-term right to reject within 30 days where applicable. Contact us for return instructions and the return address.
Condition
Keep the product, its packaging, accessories and any tags while you decide whether to return it. Contact the store for the return conditions that apply to your product, including any personalised or hygiene-sensitive items.
How to start a return
- Open the link in your confirmation email, or find your order using its reference and your email address.

Faulty or damaged items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, email support with a photo and your order number. This is separate from the return window above, and your statutory rights are not affected.
